RTPS Assam is a Government Portal. The law was approved in 2012 and modified in 2019. This Portal facilitated the approach to all Public Services in a short time. There are now more than 150 services included.

How to register for RTPS Assam online?
Follow the steps below to register for the RTPS Portal. It is a quick and easy registration guide.
Step 1: Go to https://rtps.assam.gov.in/ and log in to this portal.
Step 2: For existing users who have already registered.
An existing user can log in with their registered email address and password by clicking the “Login” link in the RTPS home page section.
For New Users: User registration is required and can be done by going to the RTPS site, clicking “Login” and then clicking the “REGISTER HERE” link as shown below.
Step 3: To complete the registration procedure, fill in the form with the necessary information and click “Validate, information”
Step 4 – For verification purposes, an OTP will be emailed and sent to the mobile number, then the “OTP”
Step 5: Enter the OTP and then click “Submit”.
Step 6: The user has successfully registered.
Step 7 – A registered user can now log in to use any service by clicking the “Login” link on the home page and entering their email address and password.
Step 8: The following service page will appear after a successful login.
Step 9: To see all the services offered, go here. “Request services” -> “See all available services” click on “Request services” -> “See all available services”
Step 10 – In the “Search” box on the right side of the web application, enter the desired name of the service to request, for example “service”, and then click the “Pool Service” service link to request it .
Step 11: Fill in the form with the necessary user information.
Step 12 – Complete the CAPTCHA and click “Submit”.
Step 13: The submitted user information will be displayed on the next page; if the information is valid, proceed to “Make Payment”, otherwise use the “Edit” option to make changes to the form.
Step 14 – Select “Make Payment” from the dropdown menu.
Step 15 – Select “Bank Name” and “Proceed to Payment”
Step 16: The “GRN Number” produced will be displayed on the next page.
Step 17 – Now click “Submit Successfully” to continue.
Step 18: For the requested service, an acknowledgment form will be generated, which should be printed for future reference.
Step 19 – Go to “View Application Status” -> “Track Application Status” to track the status of a requested service.
Step 20: To acquire the information about the application, enter the application reference number of the requested service in the “Application Reference Number”. field and click “Get data”.
Step 21 – To review the current status and other details of the applied service, click on the service name.
